In the near future, the German Center for Music Technology is to be established in a new building at the intersection of Weidendamm and Kopernikusstrasse. The history of music technology is closely linked to Hanover thanks to Emil Berliner. Companies such as Sennheiser, Kling & Freitag and Coda Audio are currently strengthening its current reputation, but the new center will help shape the future, incorporating both past and present.
